Winemaking Recipes

If you would like a recipe (yours, or someone else's) to be posted on this page, please contact the webmaster.

One of the advantages of making country wines is that you do not have to make your wine when the fruit is in season.  Most fruit and vegetables can be frozen ('time shifted') until you are ready to make your wine.  The freezing process enhances the extraction of colour and flavour in most instances, by breaking down the cell structure of the fruit, flower, herb or vegetable.

No responsibility for the success, or otherwise, of any recipe posted on this site will be accepted by the guild, or its committee.  Please ensure that you check the toxicity of any 'exotic' ingredients in any recipe, before submission for listing.
